Easydew’s Purifying Cleansing Foam (HK$177/150ml) is part of the Korean brand’s EX Trouble Control series. Incorporate it into your daily routine to prevent acne and blackheads. The formula is specifically designed for oily and sensitive skin.
The Body Shop’s Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask (HK$199/75ml) does not contain parabens, paraffins, silicone or mineral oils. What it does contain is bamboo charcoal from the Himalayan foothills, which is said to draw out impurities from the skin, and antioxidant-rich green tea from Japan. The face mask gives a slight tingling sensation and leaves skin smooth and refreshed.
For a deeper cleanse, there’s Jurlique’s Purity Specialist Treatment Mask (HK$640/100ml), which removes residual sunscreen, make-up and any other product build-up. The formula includes apricot seeds to gently exfoliate the skin.
While Élévatione’s Glory Night 24K Gold Peeling Gel (HK$1,180/60ml) does not contain visible gold flakes, we are happy to find that the exfoliating gel does produce visible results – radiant and healthier-looking skin. The gel washes away dirt and oil while jojoba-seed extract leaves the skin hydrated.
